01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the h25 platform through any device or web browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms and Conditions stated herein. This acceptance includes all policies referenced in this document, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy h25.

These terms take effect from the date you first register an account or use the h25 platform, whichever is earlier. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the h25 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above — this minimum age requirement is absolute and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• Residing in a jurisdiction that permits participation in online gambling activities.
• Registering as an individual — corporate accounts or accounts opened on behalf of others are not permitted.
• Never previously banned, suspended, or prohibited from using the h25 platform.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or undergoing any debt management proceedings.
• Making deposits using a valid payment method in your own name only.

H25 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Accounts suspected of being owned by underage individuals will be immediately suspended and thoroughly investigated until age verification is received.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the h25 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or banking details — is a serious violation of these terms.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• H25 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• You must notify h25 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required before your first withdrawal or when requested by h25.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the h25 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

• Minimum Deposit: MYR 10 per transaction.
• Daily Deposit Limit: Subject to your account tier and KYC status.
• Minimum Withdrawal: MYR 30 per request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: 15 to 30 minutes after the request is confirmed.
• All withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• H25 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Funds held in an h25 account do not earn interest.

Any attempt to withdraw a deposit before fulfilling the associated bonus wagering requirements will result in cancellation of that bonus. Please ensure you fully understand the bonus terms before submitting any withdrawal request.

05 Bonus & Promotions

H25 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and seasonal special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus value, subject to the respective bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only — re-registering to claim it again is a violation of these terms.
• H25 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including hedging or arbitrage strategies, may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account termination.

06 Game Rules

The h25 platform offers a wide range of game categories including video slots, live casino, table games, and sports betting. Each category has specific rules that must be followed:

• All game results are final once a round or session has ended.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, h25 will refer to server records to determine the valid outcome.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or software bugs are void and will not be paid out.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Every game uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) verified by an independent auditing body to ensure fairness.
• H25 reserves the right to cancel or suspend any game suspected of involving fraud or manipulation.

For sports betting, all wagers are subject to the relevant sports rules. Any bet placed after an event has ended or already begun is automatically void.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the h25 platform and may result in immediate account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or unauthorised tools to play or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or manipulate game outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the h25 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account or providing false information during registration.
• Abusing the customer support system in a disruptive or threatening manner towards staff.
• Uploading, sending, or distributing obscene, harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

08 Account Termination

H25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Account closure request initiated by the member themselves for responsible gaming reasons.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

When an account is terminated at a member's request, any eligible balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal within 5 to 7 business days. Accounts terminated due to violations are not eligible for balance withdrawal.

09 Liability Limit

H25 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Our platform makes no guarantee that:

• Services will always be available without interruption, delays, or technical errors.
• Any errors or bugs in the software will be corrected within a specified timeframe.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, h25 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of wins due to technical failures beyond h25's control. h25's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

H25 is committed to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture. We provide a range of self-control tools accessible to all members at any time:

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Limit: Control how long you play each day.
• Self-Suspension: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Option to permanently self-exclude from the platform.

11 Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Use of the h25 platform is also subject to Privacy Policy which forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to how we collect, store, and process your personal information.

• All personal data is processed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
• H25 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform.
• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or request its deletion, subject to our legal obligations.

12 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

H25 reserves the right to modify, update, or improve these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website. We will endeavour to notify members via in-platform notices or email for material changes. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through h25's internal dispute resolution process before being referred to the relevant arbitration body.
